Frozen Custard is ice cream with an egg base, it's produced in a machine that turns the ice cream very quickly leaving a silky smooth product that traditional ice creams can't come close to.
Frozen Custard must contain at least 10% butterfat & 1.4% egg yolk. Frozen Custard achieves it's creaminess through a production process that produces less air & fewer ice crystals than traditional ice cream.
